MyMind is a website for young people who may be experiencing mental health difficulties. Here you can find information on how to cope, how to access help and support, and how you can get involved with services in your local area to help aid your recovery journey.

Visit www.MyMind.org.uk

There are many useful sections, links and contacts:

–  Crisis Support – If your mental or emotional state quickly gets worse or deteriorates, this can be called a ‘mental health crisis’. In this situation, it may be important to get help quickly.

– Getting Help – Sometimes we need someone to help us deal with our problems. This can mean speaking with a professional about your thoughts and feelings, or accessing an advice line for immediate support.

– Coping – ways to develop coping strategies through self-help resources such as websites, apps and reading materials.

– Services and contacts

– Resources

– News and blogs – New hub for all the latest news, articles from the membership magazine CWP Life and blogs from the MyMind staff and young people.
