Alert: Patient Notice

The surgery will be closed for Training on Tuesday 3rd June from 1pm . If you have an urgent medical problem that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens please call 111. If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999. The surgery will re-open on Wednesday 4th June at 8AM.

Our Online consultation tool (PATCHs) will be available from 6am in the morning on Tuesday (and every other day the surgery is open) to submit both clinical and admin requests, these are ideal to avoid the telephone queue when seeking appointments, fit notes etc.

If you are unable to complete the online form yourself, a receptionist can assist by submitting one on your behalf. The form will then be reviewed by GP and you will be contacted shortly after. You can submit an online consultation request (PATCHs) via our website https://whitbyhealthpartnership.co.uk/
