Whitby Health Partnership aim to provide a high standard of care and service to you, but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened.

We welcome constructive feedback about the service you have received from any of the healthcare professionals.

What you need to do

In the first instance, you should raise your concern with the practice management team who may be able to resolve this without the need to make a formal complaint.

Should you feel that this is not an option or a concern you have raised has not been resolved, you can make a formal complaint to the Practice Manager.
