Our recall system is changing

NOTICE TO INFORM ALL PATIENTS

From 1st April we will be changing our practice recall system. If you have a LTC (Long term condition) you will be invited for review on your month of birth, this may mean for some of you that you will receive a recall earlier than expected in 2023 and for others it may mean your recall comes slightly over your usual 12months, however we would encourage you to attend when called so your next recall will fall as expected in the following 12 months. This is something we are trying to implement slowly so obviously if you do fall into the category who will be over your usual 12 months, if you have any problems then we are still here for you and more than happy to see you should you need it, just contact us, you dont have to wait until your birthday recall.  We really appreciate the support and cooperation from our patients and hope this new and improved system will help the service flow smoother for the surgery and our valued patients.

There is no need to contact the practice. We will send your invite via text/letter/email as usual. We encourage our patients to have online access where possible, download the NHS app or ask the practice for “online Access” and we can register you for Patient Access. Once again, if you are experiencing any problems and feel you need to be seen sooner, this is no problem just give us a call
