Appointments

Surgeries are by appointment. Appointments are available each day and will be either be a telephone consultation or face to face. There are a number of appointments that can be pre-booked up to one month in advance, these are available on a first come first served basis.

Urgent cases will be dealt with on the same day.

If all the  appointments have been taken when you call, you will be offered a number of options to try and resolve your request. 

There are also some appointments available that can be booked online through Online Access and the NHS App which we would encourage you to make full use of

On occasions a telephone consultation may be all that is required to resolve your problem.

It is one problem per 10minute appointment, multiple problems please advise reception for a longer appointment

You may ask to be seen by a doctor of your choice, however it may not always be possible to accommodate your request.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please let us know so that we can free the slot for someone else to use.

If you arrive to see a doctor without an appointment it may not be possible to see you, however, we will review the options available to help resolve your issue.

If you arrive late for an appointment it may not always be possible to fit you in and an alternative appointment may be offered.
